Where do we board?

What if I’m running late?
The bus leaves at 11:00 AM and we can’t hold it. Plan to arrive by 10:45.
Where are we going?
Independent bookstores, and the stops stay a surprise on purpose.
What should I bring?
A card or phone to tap (most shops are cashless), a tote, and whatever you want to spend on books. Lunch and drinks are on your own.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes. You’ll be in and out of shops all day.
Is this women only?
It’s women forward. Everyone is welcome.
Is the bus accessible?
The bus is roomy to get in and out of. Some stops have stairs, uneven footing or varied parking, so check your comfort level. Email info@citrusco.us before you book and we’ll talk it through.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes, two. Every rider signs the Citrus & Co. release and the bus company’s waiver before the event. The links come by email.
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 36 hours before departure. Inside 36 hours, you can transfer to an event of equal or lesser value. Email info@citrusco.us.
My order says “pending.” Is something wrong?
No. Every order reads pending until we mark it fulfilled.
I’ve never been to a Citrus event. Is this for me?
